Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Port area in Portland. However, the dining options were somewhat limited during my stay.
I had a great view of the water from my room, but the location directly across from the night club made it hard to sleep peacefully due to the loud base music starting at 9 pm. The room itself was beautifully appointed and well thought out. I recommend asking for a bay view room to enhance your stay.
The hotel rooms are modern, fresh, and break out of the usual layout rut. They were clean and spacious, although the loud music from the nearby nightclub disturbed our sleep early in the evening. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Port area, being close to shops, eateries, and the harbor. The staff provided helpful and polite service, albeit lacking some specifics about parking. The dining options were nice and varied, fitting different diets but may leave traditional hotplate fans wanting more. Overall, a convenient choice with a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and somewhat modern, but they could have been cleaner as I noticed mildew on the shower curtain and shower walls. The service was largely disappointing, with the exception of one staff member, Michael. The location, right in the heart of Portland, was excellent for exploring the city, but the dining options were just ordinary and in need of improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size but not very peaceful due to noise from the night club. The service was exceptional, making my stay smooth, although one staff member was rude. The location was right in the middle of the action, perfect for shopping and dining but a bit too noisy for relaxation. The dining was delicious, especially the unique French toast bites, but no longer complimentary. Decent facilities overall.
